We measure each component to ensure reliability at every stage of the manufacturing process. At IHI DALGAKIRAN, we use the latest technology in our devices for quality assurance.
Supplier Control:
We strongly believe in growing together with our business partners. For externally supplied parts and devices, we inspect and support our suppliers to achieve the required quality.
Input Quality Control:
It is important to make sure that all parts, both produced in our factory and from our suppliers, are produced with the correct materials (correct shape and dimensions, technical specifications suitable for technical requirements) for the IHI DALGAKIRAN quality system. We refuse defective parts during entry quality checks and do not allow them to enter the production stages or stockpiles.
Dimensional Control:
Automatic dimensional control with CMM Machines and latest technology measuring devices ensures the traceability of our production.
Process Quality Control:
Every step during production is monitored and controlled by quality inspectors. We guarantee the quality of the production process with corrective action studies and risk management systems.
Measurement, Analysis and Development:
Calibration procedures are applied at certain intervals by following the calibration of measuring devices. As part of continuous improvement, we consider nonconformity reports and input quality control results in system and product quality analysis.
Product Quality:
To standardize product quality, we ensure the traceability of our Turbo Compressor and the total process, with the inspections of each product, assembly process and the machine (to be used by the end user).
